Up On The Couch
A decade ago, I was a failed musician, broke , moving with delusions of grandeur, a DUI, recently evicted, and asking God ’How did I end up here. Fast forward, at 40, I own a home with my wife, I don’t drink, and my feet firmly planted on the ground. I’ve got a pretty good career, and making music is the furthest thing from my mind. Not who I thought I would ever be, but I’m happy I’m here!

(Note: Apologies in advance for the audio. At times, it has some unwanted reverb due to single track recording of two microphones. That was my fault...I'll fix it next time. Thanks for listening anyway!)

Grab a Seat..
Through the years, conversations on couches helped me navigate life. Deep conversations, and casual ones. Talking about time travel in movies helped my analytical mind flourish. Discussing how we interact with each other, helped me to better understand myself. Communication was so beneficial to my growth and development, and I want to share that gift with you!
I’m up on the couch, every week. Join me! There’s always room.
